The Merseyside derby match between Everton and Liverpool has been rescheduled for Wednesday 12 February after the original match at Goodison Park was postponed due to adverse weather conditions caused by Storm Darragh.
The match, which was scheduled for December 7, will be the final Merseyside derby at Goodison Park before Everton move to the new Bramley Moor Dock next season.
The new appointment will depend on Arne Slott’s side finishing in the top eight of the Champions League – Liverpool currently sit at the top of the new 36-club table.
This will guarantee them a place in the round of 16, meaning they will skip the knockout rounds scheduled to be played on February 11-12 and February 18-19.
